Pre Wedding

Unlimited calls, texts and emails for planning and one meeting at the venue for planning and design recommended at least 4 weeks prior to your scheduled date.

Wedding Rehearsal on a weeknight the week before your scheduled date on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (as available).
Wedding Day

Separate suites for bride and groom to get ready available all day starting at 7 AM.

Wedding coordinator available and on site from 10 AM-until clean-up completed.

6-hour event allowed for your wedding and reception but must end by 11 PM

Bistro lights and photo opportunities throughout the property

Private parking area with guest shuttle or valet parking as needed.

Beautiful outdoor setting for wedding ceremony and open-air barn for reception with the ability to pull down shades as needed for weather and propane heaters available.

Selection of decorations as available from our coordinator.

Photographer for 7 hours to capture your special moments (at least 250 edited photos and all other photos taken).

Open air barn with shades that can be pulled down if needed due to weather (6 heaters available- you only pay for the propane used).

Full indoor plush restrooms with air-conditioning and heat as needed.

DJ for 5 hours to start with the ceremony.

Photographer for 7 hours (includes one hour before wedding, wedding and reception).

8’ farmhouse tables to seat 125 people and 7 live edge cocktail tables.

Live edge walnut Sweetheart and bridal party tables.

Bus bar (air-conditioned) with baby grand piano and seating inside for 20 people and outdoor cocktail seating for 40+ guests.

Beverages – water, lemon-aide, ice tea.

Bonfire area with wood provided.

High-end disposable Silverware and dinnerware with clear plastic plates for cake and appetizers.

Cloth napkins in your choice of color.

Table centerpieces (as available-multiple selections).

Charcuterie board with cheese, crackers,, cold cuts, salami, nuts, and fruit.

Full buffet BBQ meal for dinner (up to $14/plate menu)
